IQ 16 Blank page print out(2)
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer supply
while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving
parts can cause injury.
Description
One or several blank pages are printed.
When the printer is switched on, several blank pages print.

Checks and Causes
1. Computer system error.
2. Bad ground contacts on the toner
cartridge, PL 1.
3. Damaged solenoid, PL 4.

Solutions
1. Turn the power off, delete the
print job and resend the print job
again.
2. Clean the terminals, PL 1 and the
toner cartridge contacts, PL 1.
3. Check the solenoid, PL 4.
Check and install a new main PBA,
PL 1 if necessary.
