Open the User Setting screen (See "Entering User Setting" on
page 10-2).

Press [Display Setting].
– Some items may not be displayed depending on the optional
settings.
– In the Utility Mode, it is also possible to enter a number displayed
in the key through the keypad for selection. In the case of [Display
Setting], enter 2 through the numeric keypad.
Network Fax
Description
Set the default of the destination column
in the fax screen.
Set the default of the Program.
Set the default of the Address Book.
Set the symbol of the Address type if it is
displayed or not.
Set the number of characters to be dis-
played for the Address Name.
