requirement.

Description
Select WAN ports.
Enter the exempted IP range, or select the exempted IP group.
Select do not control upload, download, or both of them.
Enable this policy.
Add this policy into the exempted list.
Delete selected list.
Click "Apply" button to saving configuration.
Click "Cancel" button to reject modification.
