IPAC Server Administrator's Manual

Viewing Account Details

Administrators with appropriate permissions can view basic account information on the
Account Details page. This overview displays contact information for the account as well as
a list of Administrators and devices defined for the account.
To view details for a specific account:
1. Scroll over the Configuration link at the top of any page. The sub-navigation
menu displays.
2. From the Account link, click Account Details. The Account Details page displays.
Details displayed include:
Main Contact. The name of the person primarily responsible for the operation of the system
at this facility
Address. The complete mailing address for the main contact for the account.
Phone. The phone number(s) for the main contact.
Email. The email address for the main contact.
Enable Threat Levels. Whether or not the account has Threat Level functionality enabled.
Alarm Console Settings. Whether or not this account has Alarm Console functionality
enabled, and if enabled, when alarms are active, any alarm priorities that have been set,
and if alarms are linked to specific threat levels.
Alarm for Control Panels. Whether or not there are any alarm texts for control panel alarm
