A failing keyboard may cause one of the following conditions:
• Unable to exit the keyboard test by pressing the n and Enter
keys
• Unable to select a certain item from a menu
• Unable to exit a test that is normally ended by pressing the
End key.

NO Go to "Step 6" on page 3-9860-6.
YES Record SRN 16-780; then go to "Step 3" on page 3-0010-4.
