1.
Set the system unit power switch to Off.
2. Disconnect the keyboard and mouse cables.
3. Disconnect all of the external device cables.
4. Be sure the power has been off 30 seconds; then set the power
switch on the system unit to On.
5. Wait 15 seconds; then answer the following question.
IS THE POWER-ON INDICATOR ON?
YES One of the external devices is defective. Do the following:
1.
Set the power switch on the system unit to Off.
2. Connect the cable to an external device.
3. Set the power switch on the system unit to On.
4. If the Power-On indicator is on, repeat these Steps.
If
the Power-On indicator is off, exchange or repair the
last device connected. Go to "Step 14" on
page 3-8800-14.
