Rack side mounting

CAUTION
LIFTING HAZARD — Rack mounting the ATS in the center
position is a two-person job. Do not attempt to install the ATS in a
rack without help. One person needs to hold/align the ATS in the
rack while another person secures it in place.
The side mounting brackets are designed to be used in three locations along the sides
of the ATS: end, center, and offset. Choice of mounting option is determined by rack
requirements.
1. Select a position in the rack for the ATS, according to rack needs: end, center, and
offset.
2. Remove the screws from the center sides of the ATS, required for the specific
installation.
3. Position the side brackets so the holes in the brackets align with the center side
holes in the ATS as required for the installation.

4. Secure the side brackets to the ATS with the screws removed in step 2.
5. For the different rack mounting options:
a. If you are using either the end, or offset rack mounting option, install the
shelf mount to support the off-balanced weight of the ATS.
