STORING FOOD
To minimize moisture loss, fruit and vegetables should be loosely enclosed in a plastic material e.g. wrap,
bags (do not seal) and place in the fruit and vegetable crisper. Those fruits and vegetables with thick skins
e.g. oranges do not require wrapping.
Notes
Humidity of the cases and humidity conditioning plate will rise when too much leafy
vegetables are stored and they may become cloudy or dewy. Dew accumulated at bottom
of case will cause stains, so clean it with a dry cloth.
Put in food within the height of a case.
Do not drop food within case as it may cause cracks or fractures.
(Same applies to the Refrigerator and Freezer compartments.)
Make sure food does not touch the bottom of small case.
If small case is tilted, the compartment inside may be scratched.
