Refrigerator does

Is the water tank securely set?
Are you leaving the shovel or other food products in the ice case?
The product will consider that the compartment is full of ice and stop releasing ice.
Store the shovel and other food products in their specified positions.
Is Auto Ice Maker set to OFF?
The ice case will not full with ice
cubes.
After verifying the above
Will not cool pull out power plug, and plug in one more time after 5 minutes.
Will not make ice Ice Tray Cleaning.
Is the Temperature control on the "Min" side?
Set it back to "Normal" to "Max". Leaving the freezer compartment with "Min" setting
may also cause the refrigerator compartment temperature to also become high.
In this case, set the refrigerator compartment setting to "Max".
Is the ambient temperature high?
Move refrigerator away from the heat source and reinstall in a place away from
direct sunlight and in a well-ventilated and cool location.
Is there space around the refrigerator? Space is required for releasing heat.
Did you store hot food materials?
Is there excessive storage of foods? Is the intake port/discharge ports blocked?
Are the doors being frequently opened? Do not open the doors as much as possible.
Are doors half open from bags of food products, etc. being caught in between?
Is the refrigerator hitted by warm air directly in low outside temperature?
Freezing in Temperature zone selection compartment (freezing mode)?
Temperature zone selection compartment (freezing mode) is not suitable for freezing
of foods and beverages. Freeze those foods and beverages in the freezer compartment.
Too much food to frozen at once?
Too much food cannot be frozen even in Freezer.
Has water just been replenished in the water tank?
About 3 hours may be required for ice cubes to be made.
Has Auto Ice Maker just been set from OFF to ON?
About 3 hours may be required for ice cubes to be made.
It may take up to 10 hours until compartments are cooled after setup.
Keep door closed as much as possible.
The radiator pipe is in the cabinet in order to
prevent dew generation.
The surface may seem extremely hot to
touch just after starting use.
Check the following before calling for repair.
