The system will identify the business
card area automatically. Recognized cards
will appear within red rectangular boxes
with their corresponding recognition number
superimposed in red. You can also click the
Clear All Regions

card area one by one.

After the cards have been identified,
click Recognize. In the Language settings
dialog box you can select the language to
use to recognize the business cards. When
the recognition process is completed,

bottom of the contacts.

5.4.3 Drag in the Signature Information

You can add the signature information to the contacts by
business card information in e-mail or a Word file. Then drag it directly to the WorldCard
Management
information into appropriate fields.

5.5 Deleting/Restoring Contacts

Right click on a contact and then select Delete from the pop-up menu or select a contact
and then click Delete button
