Section 3: Configuration
Click to Enable if your network uses PPPoE.
Enable PPPoE:
Enter the User Name and Password for your PPPoE
User Name/
account. Re-enter your password in the Confirm
Password:
Password field. You can obtain this information from
your ISP.
The default HTTP Port number is 80.
HTTP Port:
The default name is video#.mjpg, where # is the
Access Name
number of the stream.
for Stream 1~2:
You may use a PC with a secure browser to connect
HTTPS Port:
to the HTTPS Port of the camera. The default port
number is 443.
You may choose to Enable or Disable RTSP (Real
Authentication:
Time Streaming Protocol) digest encryption. Digest
encryption uses MD5 hashes.
The port number that you use for RTSP streaming to
RTSP Port:
mobile devices, such as mobile phones or PDAs. The
default port number is 554.
You may specify the address of a particular stream. For
Access Name
instance, live1.sdp can be accessed at rtsp://x.x.x.x/
for Stream 1~2:
video1.sdp where the x.x.x.x represents the ip address
of your camera.
Check the box to Enable CoS (Class of Service), for
Enable CoS:
classification of network traffic. This setting implements
a best-effort policy without making any bandwidth
reservations. Select a number to specify traffic priority.
Check the box to Enable QoS (Quality of Service), which
Enable QoS:
establishes a reservation control mechanism for setting
traffic priority. This will help improve performance
during busy periods. Select a number to specify traffic
priority. If the Network Camera is connected to a router
that itself implements QoS, the router's settings will
override the QoS settings of the camera.
