Sabbath Mode - Miele KFN 37432 iD Operating And Installation Instructions

 By touching the  or  sensor you
can now alter the brightness of the
display:
1: dimmest setting
2: medium setting
3: brightest setting.
 Touch the OK sensor to confirm your
selection.
The selected setting is applied, the
 symbol flashes.
 Touch the settings sensor to leave
settings mode.
Otherwise the appliance exits set‐
tings mode automatically after ap‐
proximately one minute.
Selecting further settings
Sabbath mode 
The appliance offers a Sabbath mode
for the purposes of religious observ‐
ance.
The following are switched off:
– the interior lighting when the door is
opened,
– all audible and visual signals,
– the temperature display,
– Dynamic cooling, Super cool and Su‐
per freeze (if previously selected).
The following can be selected:
– the settings sensor for switching off

Sabbath mode

– and the On/Off sensor.
The Sabbath mode function will switch
itself off automatically after approx.
120 hours.
Ensure that the doors are properly
closed, as visual and audible alarms
are switched off.
Any power failure during this time is
not shown in the display. After a pow‐
er failure, the appliance restarts in
Sabbath mode.
