Preparing the oven
Clean the oven thoroughly before using it for the first time; use water and soap, then
rinse carefully.
Once the above operations are completed, heat the oven to the max. temperature for
about one and a half hours so as to eliminate any residual factory grease that might
impart unpleasant smells to the meals being cooked.
The oven shelves are provided
with safety stops.
To ehange the shelf position,
remove and replace the shelves as
shown in side figure 3.

Important:
As a safety measure, before you start cleaning the oven be sure to disconnect it from
the mains supply.
Fan oven principles
The function selector control knob must be set to the "Oven" position and the
required temperature set by the thermostat control knob. The temperature can be
adjusted from 50° C up to 225°C, allowing for even the most difficult of cooking
demands, to be met.
The mechanical timer
For your convenience the oven is fitted with a mechanical two hour timer.
To operate set the function selector to "Oven" and set the oven at
the required temperature using the temperature selector.
Timer
Use the timer to set cooking time for up to 120 minutes.

At the end of cooking time, the oven will switch off automatically.
