Function selector and thermostat controls
When using the oven the function selector control knob and thermostat control knob
have to be used in conjunction with one another; first select the function that you
require (see table below) and using the thermostat control knob set the cooking
temperature. The temperature indicator light (2) will go off when the oven has reached
the desired temperature and lights again whenever the thermostat steps in to maintain
the required temperature.

OFF
Interior Oven light "ON".
Light
The interior light will remain on while the oven is
in operation.
Fan only, for Fan Defrosting delicate foods such

Hot air, for Fan Cooking, roasting etc.
Oven
Temperature can be adjusted from 50°C to 225°C
Variable infra-red grilling. According to the quantity

"Light only"
"Fan only" for defrosting
delicate foods.
"Fan oven" the oven is heated
by air circulated evenly throughout
the oven by a motor driven fan surrounded by a heating element.
"Grill" the heating is by an infra red element at the top of the oven.
