Function CHANGE KEYS

In case of the use of a new ignition key set, details of the
procedure are as follows:
Once turned the key to ON the dashboard not recognising the key
will ask for the user code: insert the user code.
At this point one can enter in MENU, DIAGNOSIS( inserting the
service code) CHANGE KEYS and start the procedure of
memorising the new keys.
