Sending an E-mail Message or Internet Fax by Automatic Dialling
Using Speed Dial Numbers
If the e-mail address to which you want to send a message has been
programmed into a 2-digit Speed Dial number, you can enter the
address by pressing the SPEED DIAL key and then entering the
Speed Dial number.
♦ You can use this procedure to send a message to multiple e-mail
recipients, and even fax recipients.

If you want to send a fax to an e-mail
address, insert the document into the
document feeder. (Otherwise, skip
this step and go directly to Step 2.)
• READY TO SEND appears in the
display.
• Set the resolution and/or contrast if
desired.

Press the e-mail key.
The display will show:
