1. Rear Axle Malfunctions
TROUBLE DESIGNATION DESCRIPTION
Oil seal is damaged or worn
There is too much oil
Oil leaks
Air plugs are blocked
(Constant noise) gear oil deteriorates or is with water content
(Constant noise) gear oil is insufficient or of the wrong type
Bearing is noisy
(Sounds during sliding) main drive gear conical bearing is damaged
(Sounds during rotation) semi-axle bearing or rear axle bearing of the differential is damaged
Gear oil deteriorates or is with water content
Driven gear or driving gear of the differential is damaged
The clearance between conical driving gear and conical driven gear is improper
Gear wheel is nosy
The connect between conical driving gear and conical driven gear is uneven
The fixed bolt of conical driven gear is loose
