Emergency Conditions

I. Vehicle Starting Failure
1) Check Charging
The vehicle has a charging check function.Check
the charge connect from theAC to source.
2) Auxiliary BatteryTrouble
Check the voltage of auxiliary battery. If the
voltage is less than 12V, the battery should be
charged. Also check the battery circuitry.
3) CircuitryTrouble
When the ignition switch is at"START" position,
the number 6 fuse is turned off. If otherwise,
there may be a short and the fuse should be
changed.
4) OtherTrouble
If there are additional starting problems, then a
qualified service technician should be contacted.
2. Stop
When the vehicle is moving, it may stop running
due to failure. Move the vehicle out of harms
way and check the failure information on the
multi-function display.
WARNING
NEVER touch the charger radiator while
the unit is charging.
NEVER touch the radiator on the motor
immediately after the vehicle stops.
NOTE
You should routinely brush off dirt and dust
from the radiator of the on-board charger,
the motor and the controller.
Do so only when these devices are cool to
the touch.

3. Braking Trouble

WARNING!
If there is a functional failure in braking
system, consult your service technician for
diagnosis and repair.
Water or road salt in the brake mechanism
can impair brake efficiency.

4. Steering Trouble

WARNING!
If there is functional failure in steering
system, do not use the vehicle any longer
and call your service technician for repair.
If failure occurs in steering system while
moving, slowly steer the vehicle to the

roadside and consult your ser vice
technician.
If the steering system is completely out of
control, make arrangements
for vehicle
towing.

5. Light Changing

WARNING!
If any light is turned off just turned off, bulb
can be hot. Be careful not to burn your
fingers.
If changing a halogen lamp do not touch the
glass and do not drop the bulb as it can break
and explode.
If the same bulb burns out frequently, it may
indicate there is problem in the circuit.
Consult your service technician.
