2.SIDE GATE
Opening
Open handhold of the plate hook and support of
the side plate,and gently put down the side plate.
Side plate shall be closed when driving.
Removing
Remove the rear bolt on side plate, then slightly
lift the side plate and push back to remove it.
The side plate of double cab freight car can not
lay down.
5. Safety Belt
This truck uses a three-point ELR
(Emergency Locking Retractor) type
safety belt .
Fastening the safety belt
Pull out the mesh belt from the retractor having
the shoulder belt across the shoulder and waist
belt across the
pelvis, and then
insert the dead
bolt into the belt
fastener. "Clicking"
sound indicates the
s a f e t y b e l t i s
buckled on.
NOTE
After the dead bolt is inserted into the belt
fastener, ensure that they are firmly
connected and the mesh belts have not
twisted together, which means the safety
belt is buckled properly.

Safety BeltAdjustment
Adjust the seat and sitting posture to a
comfortable position, and fasten the waist belt
above thighs (under the pelvis). Do not fasten it
around the abdomen. Fasten the shoulder belt
to the shoulder and avoid sliding off to the arm.
The tightness of the shoulder belt may be
adjusted automatically according to various
requirements.When sudden parking or impact
happens, the belt will lock up automatically to
protect passengers.
Loosening Safety Belt
With one hand
holding the dead
bolt, the other
presses the red
button of the belt
fastener, then the
dead bolt will
unlatch to loose
the safety belt.
