TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

No audio on key(s) press
No dial tone
Tenant can't hear from the system
Visitor can't hear tenant
Display shows non-readable characters
Display shows blank
Displays shows 8-square blocks
Display is hard to read

COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS
1. Turn the system's power off and on
2. Check the speaker and microphone
connection, check for broken wires.
3. Disconnect the microphone and speaker
connector then check the speaker's
impedance, must read between 18-24 ohms

2. Check the phone line for dial tone. Must check
at the end of the phone cord.

3. Adjust the LCD's intensity, see figure 2.1 p11
4. Possibility is bad display

3. Low temperature may cause this issue, install
a heater pad (AHP5)
