Normally when this issue happening, it could take up to 3 times for a successful pairing.
Q - What should I do if I have a Bluetooth pairing request on the iPad/iPhone using iSXBlue II GNSS?
A –Each time the iSXBlue make a connection with the last iOS device, it keep the mac address for a
possible next connection. This feature is an automatic pairing when both iSXblue and iPad/iPhone are
turn on for multiple use with the same iOS device. It has to be reset to zero for a new connection. Go on
the Bluetooth setting and click the "I" icon to forget this device on the serial number you tried already to
log on and then turn off the iSXBlue and iPad/iPhone. After you will be able to restart both unit and make
a new connection. See example below.
