EXTERIOR OPERATIONS
REAR LADDER/ROOF ACCESS
Do not climb on or walk on the roof while wet. The roof could be very slippery causing
you to fall, which can result in serious injury or death.
Do not use the roof as an observation platform or storage area, as it is not designed for
these purposes.
NOTE: Four Winds International/Mandalay Luxury Division recommends
that roof access be limited to service personnel only.
The exterior rear ladder provides access to the roof for maintenance of the
roof and roof mounted items only. When ascending and descending the
ladder, ensure the ladder is clear of debris such as water, ice and other
slippery substances. Always wear shoes that provide good traction, and do
not wear sandals or other types of slip-on footwear when ascending or
descending the ladder.
NOTE: The rear ladder maximum weight capacity is 250 lbs.
