To use the 3GPP function, in addition to the previous section, you might need more information or
configuration to make this function works.
1. To use the 3GPP function, it is strongly recommended to install the Networked
Device with a public and fixed IP address without any firewall protection.
R TSP Port:
Port 554 is th e default for RTSP service. However, sometimes, some service providers cha
port number for some reasons. If so, user needs to change this port accordingly
D ialing procedure:
1. Choose a verified player (PacketVideo or Realplayer)
2. Use the following default URL to access:
rtsp://IP-Address/v3
Where host is the host name or IP address of the camera.
Compatible 3G mobile phone:
Please contact your dealer to get the approved list of compatible 3G phones.
Besides IP camera and 3G mobile phone, you will also need to make sure
