The RTSP here is separated from the RTSP setting in the "IP SETTING".
3GPP Streaming can still work even you select "disabled" in the RTSP server option of IP
S etting.

5.3.3 Audio

The I CA-5260V su pports 2-way
to remote PC; user can also send audio from remote PC to ICA-5260V's external speaker.

The audio compression format can be chosen from 3 options. You can also adjust the volume of
2-way audio.
There are CBR (Constant Bit Rate) and CVBR (Const
Variable Bit Rate) to use.
CBR: 32Kbps~10Mbps (the higher the CBR is, the be
video quality is)
CVBR: 1 (Low) ~10 (High) – Compression rate, the higher the
compression rate , the lower the picture quality is and vice versa.
The balance between CVBR and network bandwidth will affect
picture quality. Please carefully select the CVBR rate to avoid
picture breaking up or lagging.
The video refreshing rate per second.
It means "Group of Pictures". The higher the GOP is, the better
the quality is.
