    Installing any of these adapters in your PCI or PCI-X system allows you to connect up to 15 SCSI devices per channel over a SCSI bus. You can use the Ultra320 SCSI host adapters in PCI-X computer systems with a standard bracket type.

    This section provides step-by-step instructions for connecting internal SCSI devices. The figures show the LSI22320 host adapter, which has two internal connectors and two external connectors. Other Ultra320 SCSI host adapter models have different numbers of connectors. Refer Section 2.2.1, “Internal SCSI Cables,” page 2-4 internal cables.
