ORGANIZATION SETTINGS

Manage and update information related to your organization.
In the organization settings you'll find:
GENERAL: Add and edit general organization information including organization name, sport, address

and more.
PLAYER ROSTER: You can see all the players in your organization, and also which team they are
l
assigned to.
COACHES: Add, edit and remove coaches from your organization.
l
PRODUCTS: View what products your organization has.
l

EDIT ORGANIZATION SETTINGS

1. Click
(name/profile photo) in the upper right corner.
2. Choose Team
3. Click
after your organization name.

ADD COACH TO ORGANIZATION

1. Choose COACHES.
2. Click ADD NEW COACH.
3. Add the coach's email address and the teams you want to assign him to.
4. Click SAVE.
The coach receives an email with a link to activate their personal account in the Team Pro web service. The
same email address that the invitation was sent to must be used when registering to the web service.
Pending is displayed in the
the invitation.

ADD EXISTING COACH TO TEAM

1. Choose COACHES.
2. Click EDIT TEAMS
3. Choose which teams the coach is assigned to.
4. Click SAVE.
