Go to the web configuration GUI (http://192.168.1.1), click Network >> WAN to check
your ISP settings for IP modes.

Make sure the Active check box has been selected.

Check if Username and Password are entered with correct values that you got from your
ISP.
2.
Check if the setting of Authentication is correct or not. You may need to try both PAP and
CHAP.
3.
Check if Service Name (optional) is correct or not. It is required by some ISPs.
