    This sect ion will guide you t o inst all t he rout er t hrough hardware connect ion and conf igure t he rout er’ s set t ings t hrough web browser. Bef ore st art ing t o conf igure t he rout er, you have t o connect your devices correct ly.

    The Vigor3910 Series can be mount ed on t he shelf by using st andard bracket s shown below. Fast en t he rack mount kit on bot h sides of t he Vigor rout er using specif ic screws.

    To access Int ernet , please f inish basic conf igurat ion af t er complet ing t he hardware inst allat ion. 1. Make sure your PC connect s t o t he rout er correct ly. Note You may eit her simply set up your comput er t o get IP dynamically f rom t he rout er or set up t he IP address of t he comput er t o be t he same subnet as the default IP address of Vigor router 192.
  • Page 12 3. Now, t he Main Screen will pop up. 4. Open WAN>>Internet Access . WAN1 is dedicat ed f or SFP connect ion; WAN3 ~WAN8 are designed f or Et hernet connect ion. When your ISP provides f iber connect ion, click Details Pag e of WAN1. If not , click Details Page of WAN3 ~ WAN8 according t o t he physical connect ion.
