o If you wish to switch on another zone whilst another is already in
use, simply press the ON/OFF button for the zone in question.
o IMPORTANT: WHEN MULTIPLE COOKING ZONES ARE
BEING USED. IF THE POWER OUTPUT GOES ABOVE A
CERTAIN LEVEL, THEN THE POWER OF PARTICULAR
ZONES MAY BE REDUCED. THIS DOES NOT INDICATE THAT
YOUR HOB IS FAULTY.

Turning off a zone

o Press the ON/OFF button of the zone that you wish
o If you have other zones that are still in use, then
o Before leaving the hob unattended, you must ensure that all of
the cooking zones are switched off. Press the minus button (3)
until the zone reaches zero.
o The zone will switch off immediately.

Residual heat indicator

o After a zone is switched off, the corresponding
o After 35 minutes, from the zone being switched off, the letter
"H" will go out.
o IMPORTANT: The residual heat indicator will disappear if your
mains supply is cut.

Locking the hob top
