High Fibre/ Low GI Smoothie
Ingredients:
½ Papino
1Tbsp Flax Seeds
2Tbsp Digestive Bran
1/2Cup 100% Orange juice
1/2Cup Low Fat Cultured Yogurt
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup Ice
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into the blender.
2. Pulse it at first to break the ice.
3. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.

contains small amount of calcium, iron, riboflavin, thiamine and niacin. It is also very rich
