To determine the current software versions touch
• Serial number – Displays the serial number.
• Model number – Displays the model number.
• Android version – Displays the operating system version.
• Kernel version – Displays the kernel version number.
• Build number – Displays the software build number.
The build number contains the software revision number and whether the MC40 is VoIP telephony ready.
Example Build Number: 0z-4AJ11–J-xxxx–xxxx–y0–M1–mmddyy
• z = software version number
• y = VoIP telephone ready
where:
• 0 = not VoIP telephony ready
• V = VoIP telephony ready.
• F = FIPS & VoIP telephony ready.
