ADVERTENCIA
1. Leer el manual del operador. No permitir que

manual de la maquina.

OPERATION
READ MANUAL BEFORE OPERATING
MANUALS AVAILABLE FROM JACOBSEN, CHARLOTTE, NC.
To Start Parking Brake
1. Parking brake. . . . . On 1. Parking brake. . . .Off
2. Hydro pedal. . .Neutral 2. Reel switch. . . . . . On
3. Reel switch. . . . . . . Off 3. Slowly depress hydro pedal.
4. Depress glow plug 4. Depress top pf mow pedal to lower
switch for 3 to 5 and engage reels. Lift mow pedal
seconds. to raise and stop reels.
5. Start engine.
To Drive/Transport To Backlap
1. Parking brake. . . . . Off 1. Engage parking brake.
2. Slowly depress 2. Turn backlap lockout key to backlap position.

4. Start engine. Set throttle to minimum idle speed.

Important:
When operating on inclines maintain engine speed and reduce forward
speed. Warranty is void if tractor is used for towing. Do not use start assist fluids.
Use of such fluids in the air intake system may be potentially explosive or
cause a 'runaway' engine condition that would result in engine damage.

To Install the battery
add oil.
1. Install the batter y with ter minals toward rear.
2. Secure batter y to suppor t.
3. Connect positive (+) (red) FIRST.
4. Connect negative (–) (black) LAST.
To use jumper cables:
1. Stop the engine on vehicle with good
batter y.
2. Connect RED cable to positive (+) terminal
on good batter y and positive (+) ter minal
on discharged batter y.
3. Connect the BLACK cable from negative (–)
ter minal on good batter y to frame of
vechile with discharged batter y.
4. Star t the engine.
