7.9 SET UP THE SERIAL SCANNDY INTERFACE

To view or change the serial interface settings please highlight the "Serial" option from the
system menu and press the LEFT navigation key to enter the serial menu.
In the serial menu you can set up the communication parameters like baud rate, parity, data bits
and stop bits.
To change one of the parameters, please highlight the one you want to change and press the
LEFT navigation key to enter the setup.
Highlight the parameter you want to change and press the LEFT navigation key to select it. The
currently used parameter is marked with "*".
Please use the same procedure to change parameters for parity, data bits and stop bits.
