Change or Delete Values for Restriction Schedules

The ranges set for punching restrictions can be subsequently changed or deleted at
any time. Use the copying function in order to change or delete several weekdays at
a time.
Procedure:
1. Call-up the programming routine.
2. Select the "Restriction Sch." menu
3. Select the weekday on which changes
are to be made.
4. Call up the time value to be changed.
5. Change beginning or end of the punching restriction
and / or change time value
If you want to delete the displayed time value,
set the 1st input field "Beginning /end of the punching restriction"
to "- -" and confirm with "E".
The 2nd input field "Time value" is then deleted
and the next value is displayed.
® To make further changes for this weekday,
repeat steps 4 and 5.
6. Complete settings for this weekday:
® In order to make changes for other weekdays,
repeat steps 3 to 6
7. Skip to "Copy function" to
copy the changed weekday to further weekdays.
8. Select the "day range" which the
changed day schedule will be copied to.
9. Quit copying function.
10. Quit the "Restriction Sch." menu.
11. Quit the programming routine
® Date and time are displayed.
