These numbers determine the length of time before a bar code can be rescanned after it
is removed from the scan field. Single code fixed settings in msecs of No, 50, 100, 200,
500, 1200 (1.2 sec), 2000 (2.0 sec) and infinite are available. User configurable values
can be set in user-configurable increments of 50 msecs to 6350 msecs (6.35 sec).
