86 UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE

SEATS

Move seat forward or rearward by lifting the lever. Be

sure the latch is fully engaged.

Manual Seat Adjustment

Adjusting a seat while the vehicle is moving is

dangerous. The sudden movement of the seat could

cause you to lose control. The seat belt might not be

properly adjusted and you could be injured. Adjust

any seat only while the vehicle is parked.

Manual Seat Height Adjustment — If Equipped

The driver's seat height can be raised or lowered by using

the handle on the outboard side of the seat. Pull upward

on the handle to raise the seat. Push downward on the

handle to lower the seat.
