Using Albums

Sorting Pictures in the Albums

You can sort the pictures in an album in
four different ways.
1. Highlight the album you want to open
and click Open Album under the File
menu in the bookshelf.
The Album View window opens for this
album.
Note: The time needed to open the Album
View depends on the number and size of
the thumbnails.
2. Select how you want the pictures
sorted in the album using the Sort
menu.
• Non: Pictures displayed in order
taken.

• Date up: Displays pictures in
chronological order.
• Date down: Displays pictures in
reverse chronological order.
• Name up: Displays pictures in
alphabetical order (A to Z).
• Name down: Displays pictures in
reverse alphabetical order (Z to A).
Viewing Albums in Slide Show
Mode
Once preferences have been set for the
slide show mode (see page 13 for details),
you can view entire albums of pictures
using this feature.
1. Open the album of pictures that you
want to view in slide show mode.
2. Double-click a single photo inside the
album to open it in Photo View (it
doesn't matter which picture is
selected).
3. Click the slide show icon (
the slide show.
All the images within the same album
will be viewed according to the settings
in the slide show preferences menu
(see page 13 for more details).
• Click the left mouse button to stop the
slide show at any time. This will return
you to Photo View mode.
• When the slide show has played every
picture in the album, the cycle will start
again. Stopping a slide show can only
be done with the click of the mouse.
