Access the phonebook during a call

1. During a call, press Names.
2. Press Options and scroll or

Copy the phonebook to another handset

1. Press Names to enter the phonebook menu.
2. Scroll to Copy
3. The display shows To
4. Scroll or to the number of the handset you want the phonebook to
be copied to. Press Select.
5. When the message "Copy
press Yes on that handset to start the copy process.
6. Press to return to standby.
NOTE
If an entry with the same number is already stored in the receiving handset,
it will not be copied.

Check the memory status

You can check how much phonebook memory you have on your phone.
1. Press Names to enter the phonebook menu.
2. Scroll to Memory
used and free phonebook entries.

Delete all entries
