Daily maintenance

Cleaning the heads

Be sure to read and understand the safety warnings before handling the printer.
To ensure optimal print quality, it is important to perform a daily cleaning of the print heads
when starting up and shutting down. It might also be necessary to clean the heads when
nozzles are lost. Depending on the amount of nozzles lost, a normal or powerful cleaning will
be performed.

Please follow the procedure below to perform a cleaning.
Caution
Use appropriate safety equipment before performing a head cleaning.

The gloves (delivered with the Zephyr TS) must be replaced after 10 minutes

when working with ink.
