Activation

This command is used for testing phone's or battery's vibrator. Function
opens Vibra Test dialog:
Dialog mode: modal
Vibra Test dialog includes following items:
Vibra Value box:
Test (ENTER) button:
Close button:

Vibrator module test
Edit box where you can enter value from 0 to 255.
Starts Vibra Test.
Closes the Vibra Test dialog. When the dialog box is closed
also the vibra test is stopped.
