It is not protected against pressurized jets of water, so it is recommended that pressure cleaning systems not be used.

INSTALLER SECTION Temperature adjustment If necessary, the water temperature of the wash and rinse cycles can be adjusted by means of the fine-adjustment screws on the respective thermostats. The recommended temperatures are 55° C for the wash cycle (tub) and 85 - 90° C for the rinse cycle (boiler).

USER SECTION Use of detergent ONLY use NON FOAMING types suitable for industrial glass-washers and dishwashers. It is advisable to use liquid detergents. Put the detergent directly in the tub. The correct amount will be suggested by the product manufacturer according to the water hardness.

Contact your cleaning products retailer for detailed instructions on the methods and products to use for periodic sanitizing of your appliance. DO NOT use bleach or chlorine-based detergents for cleaning the ap- pliance.
