Note: Take exact note of the positions of all cables and the sockets that they are connected to. Mark the connectors and sockets or take a photograph with a digital camera.

  • Page 38 ® SERVICE MANUAL Invacare - Colibri · Loosen and remove the fixing bolts (1), (2) and (3) on the rear cover. · Remove the rear cover from the chassis. · Undo the screws (2) with crosshead screwdriver and counter them using an 8 mm open-ended spanner.
  • Page 39 ® Invacare - Colibri SERVICE MANUAL · Remove motor downwards out of the vehicle frame. · Change the motor. · Reassembly of the motor takes place in reverse order. Note Fit the motor plug floating. This means you should ensure that the plug still has a little play after the bolts have been tightened.
