Ringer Volume; Voicemail Indicators; Set Date And Time; Telephone Operation - VTech CS6419 User Manual

The following are some of the telephone features you may wish to set.
Refer to Telephone settings in the online user's manual for detailed
instructions on setting all telephone features.

Ringer volume

You can adjust the ringer volume level, or turn the ringer off.

• If the handset ringer volume is set to off, that handset is silenced for all
incoming calls except paging tone.
• The ringer volume also determines the ringer volume of the intercom
calls and the volume of the paging tone.

Set date and time

If you subscribe to caller ID service, the day, month and time are set
automatically with each incoming call.
To set the date and time manually:

Voicemail indicators

If you subscribe to voicemail service offered by your telephone service
provider, NEW VOICEMAIL and
new voicemail messages. Contact your telephone service provider for more
information and assistance about using your voicemail service. Refer to
Clear voicemail indicators in the online user's manual on how to clear the
voicemail indicators.
