Setting the Alert Signal For Incoming Calls
To change the alert signal for incoming calls, do the following:
1.
Press

Select Sounds and press Select.
3.
Select Alert and press Select.
4.
Select Alert 1st call or Alert 2nd and 3rd call, and press Select.
5.
Select an alert type, and press Set.
The available alert types are described above.
Note: If you wish to listen to an alert signal before selecting it, press
Play. When you are done listening to a signal, press Stop.
Display
This section describes how to change the display brightness and how
long the display will be illuminated, that is, the brightness hold time.
Setting the Brightness
To modify the brightness hold time, do the following:
1.

Select Display and press Select.
Press Select again to open the Phone Brightness window.
3.
Edit the Intensity and Brightness Hold time settings.
The ring signal alerts periodically.
There is a delay before the first ring signal. The
length of the delay can be changed by the
system administrator.
The phone rings once, then the signal is muted.
