NOTE: All breather components can be accessed
without opening crankcase.
1. Remove fasteners securing breather cover to
crankcase.
2. Carefully break gasket seal and remove cover,
gasket, and fi lter. Do not pry on sealing surfaces as
it could cause damage resulting in leaks. Note
assembly and orientation of parts.
3. Remove screw, reed retainer, and reed.
