Press the following keys in this order:

Procedure:
1. Enter the Tech. Rep. mode.
2. Press the following keys in this order:

Producing a Test Pattern

NOTE
A test pattern is used when making the following adjustments:
• CD registration adjustment (Paper Tray)
• FD registration adjustment (Paper Tray)
• Registration adjustment (Scanner)
• Zoom ratio adjustment (Scanner)
Procedure
1. Enter the Tech. Rep. mode.
2. Press the following keys in this order to enter the function of "F5 Test Pattern 1":

3. Press the Start key.
NOTE
To exit the test pattern function, press the Clear/Stop key to go back to the Basic screen.
