Termination/terminating resistor
The required bus connection is always located on the end of the cable. The drive has no terminating
resistors of its own.

Installing the streamer

The streamer requires a 5 ¼" mounting location of full height. It can be installed horizontally or
vertically.
When mounting the streamer, ensure that the ventilation slits on the streamer are kept

free.

Install the streamer as described in the Operating Manual or Technical Manual for the
computer.

Connecting the streamer

The ports can be found on the rear of the streamer.

Plug the power supply cable (4-pin) into the power supply socket of the streamer (1).

Plug the Wide SCSI cable (68-pin) into the Wide SCSI interface of the streamer (2).
