Focus and Shoot
3.1
Press the shutter-release button halfway, stopping
when you feel resistance.

• The camera focuses on the subject
in the center focus area. Focus will
be locked and the focus area
indicator glows green.
• When the camera is unable to
focus, the focus area blinks red.
Change the composition and
press the shutter-release button
halfway again.

Flash indicator
The flash lamp shows the flash status if the shutter-
release button is pressed halfway down.
On Flash will fire when picture is taken.
Blinks Flash charging.
Off Flash off or not required
3.2
Smoothly press the shutter-release button the rest of the way
down to take the picture.
• Do not use force when pressing the shutter-release button, as this
may cause camera shake, resulting in blurred pictures.
