Shooting Options: The Shooting Menu

Press the
MENU
button.
• The camera returns to shooting mode.

Press the shutter-release button all the way
down to shoot the first picture and initiate
interval timer shooting.
• Monitor turm off and the power-on lamp blinks
between shoTs.
• The monitor turns back on automatically right before
the next image is shot.

Press the shutter-release button all the way down a second time to end
recording.
• Recording will end automatically if the internal memory or memory card becomes full,
or when the rriaximuni amount of frames have been recorded.

Notes on Interval Timer Shooting
• To prevent the camera from turning off unexpectedly
durin~J
recording, use a tully charged battery
• To power the camera continuously for extended periods, use the AC Adapter EH-62A (available
separately from Nikon) Do not, Wider any circumstances, use another make m model ot AC
adaplfc'f railure to observe this precauTion could result in overheating or in
damcl~1e
