on the back of the lock. The user can reset the number of the key. Remember to keep the
number in a safe, accessible place.
4. an abrasive wheel that has been stored for more than one year should have a strength test
performed. The wheel should only be used once it has successfully passed this test.
5. Before carrying out any work, allow the motor to run idle for one minute. Make sure there is no
shaking caused by improper installation of the abrasive wheel. Unusual vibration may cause a breach
of the wheel and the wheel should be adjusted or replaced if necessary.
6. secure the work-piece properly with vice before starting your cut. Adjust the feeding speed of the
wheel according to the profiles, materials and the diameter of the section bar.
rePlaCInG aBrasIve wheel
The abrasive wheel should be changed when 1/3 of the outer diameter is worn out.
1. unplug the machine before changing the wheel.
2. make sure the Cut-off saw stops completely before changing the wheel.
3. Only use cut-off wheels that have been found to be acceptable for use on the Cut-Off saw.
4. using wheels that are not recommended by the manufacturer may result in personal injury.
remOvInG The aBrasIve wheel
1. Open the side-cover by pressing the bolt behind the guard.
2. using the provided socket wrench, remove the hexagon bolt which connects the guard to the
side-cover.
3. In this order, remove the washer, the outer-flange, the shield ring, the abrasive wheel and the
inner-flange (see Fig. 1).

wipe away the dust from the spindle and the dismounted parts, then install all parts
including a new wheel in reverse order - as shown above.

aDjusTInG The anGle OF The vICe
The auxillary stopper of the vice can be tilted to an angle of -30˚ to 45˚. Loosen the two fixing screws on the
auxillary stopper and tilt it to the desired angle, then tighten the fixing screws again (see Fig. 2).
